The only thing required by the investor is to provide investment criteria of the type of properties you are looking to purchase.

1) Location: Which cities/counties/neighborhoods are you looking to purchase investment real estate?

2) Type of properties you are looking to invest in: Single Family/Condos/Commercial etc.

3) Information you would like on the property.

Once we have this information on file, our team will locate properties that fit your profile and contact the owners. We will qualify the owner to ensure that they are looking to sell their home and are open to accepting offers. Our team will eliminate your grunt work as an investor of sifting through dozens of potential investment properties before finding real estate that actually fits your investment criteria. 

On top of this, all of our listings are private sellers and can be contacted directly. There will be no broker with a potential conflict of interest, trying to middle man the deal. This allows you to deal directly with the decision maker to ensure a successful negotiation. As a private sale eliminates the massive commission of a broker, this allows for more flexibility during negotiations.
